How quickly will my order be processed?

Under normal circumstances, we process all orders within 1 working day. Our usual working days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

At times, during promotions, new product releases and holidays, we may see slightly extended lead times due to increased demand. Just know that we will always be doing all that we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

How do I get tracking information on my shipment?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an order with tracking information.

Whilst nearly all orders are delivered within the specified time, whenever delays do occur, we will do all that we can to assist. Please note that for international orders, our ETAs do not include possible customs delays.


Can I return an item for a refund?

Whilst the vast majority of customers are satisfied with their purchase, we know that not every product works for everyone. Therefore, we offer a 30 day period whereby you can return your purchase for refund. In order to qualify, the following criteria must be met:

  • Complete the below form to log your RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation);
  • Have made your purchase within 30 days of your RMA request;
  • Item(s) must be unopened, unused and arrive back to us in its original condition;
  • Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork;
  • Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method;
  • The item(s) must have been purchased directly from;
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept a return on any item that has been opened and/or used.

My order was damaged in transit

Whilst we strive to package all orders securely, we understand that there may be rare occasions where something happens to your order in transit.

Should your order be damaged in transit, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order by completing our RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) form below.

My order was lost in transit

Courier services may leave your delivery at your door or on your porch. This has become increasingly commonplace since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

We advise customers to check the tracking link provided to you after dispatch frequently to make sure someone is present to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer exchanges. However, if you qualify for a refund, you may return your item(s) and place a new order.
